Wikoff Appoints David Donnelly COO

Donnelly will have end-to-end accountability for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, environmental, safety & health, PMO, & IT functions.

Wikoff announced the appointment of David Donnelly as chief operations officer, effective June 1, 2026.

Donnelly has served as Wikoff’s Project Management Office (PMO) director since 2025, where he has led Wikoff’s enterprise-wide operational transformation initiative.

“David joined us a year ago with a clear mandate: strengthen our operational foundation to position Wikoff for growth,” said Wikoff CEO Mark Lewis. “He has established a clear vision and built the roadmap for transforming operations across our network to better serve customers. David has already driven meaningful progress, and with expanded responsibility for all operations, he is well-positioned to accelerate execution and deliver strong results as we advance our transformation agenda.”

In his new role, Donnelly will have end-to-end accountability for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, environmental, safety and health, PMO, and IT functions.

Consolidating these functions under a single operational leader reflects Wikoff’s commitment to a more modern, integrated and standardized operating model across its network.

“Wikoff has a strong foundation and a clear vision for the future,” said Donnelly. “My focus is on building the operational discipline and team capabilities to deliver that vision for our employee -owners, customers and partners.”

Donnelly brings over 20 years of experience in program management and operational leadership across life sciences, manufacturing, and defense.

Before Wikoff, he served as projects, programs, & operations director at EAI, where he led a portfolio of complex, high-stakes engagements.

Earlier in his career, he held senior program management roles at AECOM, overseeing quality, safety, and risk programs for a $65 billion infrastructure program in Libya and a major biological defense initiative in Kazakhstan for the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
